Modassar Ahmed Siddique is a well-known chartered accountant engaged in professional services. He was a former proprietor of Moddassar A Siddique & Co. Chartered Accountants and have served services on Audit, Consultancy, Advisory work. He also has expertise on Vat & Tax and fiscal matters.

He became Associate member of ICAB almost 25 years before. He completed his MBA in Finance and Banking in the year 2016. He is also a member of CMA (Australia).

Starting from senior managerial positions to top level decision makers, his key competence is in the RMG sector, steel re-rolling, accessories, and cement industries. He has depth knowlwdge in manufacturing processes, value chain analysis, costing, pricing, distribution management, fund raising, fund management, accounting, auditing, secretarial matters, foreign direct investment, and so on. Siddique formerly worked for the KDS Group as CFO, the BSRM Group as Chief Accountant, and Aramit Limited and Aramit Cement Limited as general manager (Finance & Accounts) and company secretary.

He has also worked as VAT Agent and VAT Advisor under the license from NBR and has over 30+ years practical experience in VAT & Tax matters. He is entitled as life member of the Chattogram Taxes Bar.

Siddique served as council member of ICAB in the year 2016,2017 and 2018. He was Vice -President (Technical & Finance) of ICAB in the year 2017 and 2018. He has been serving the Institute in different capacities in different standing and non-standing Committees of the Council-ICAB for a several years. In 2007 and 2009, he served as Honorary Secretary and Chairman of the Chittagong Regional Committee (CRC)-ICAB, respectively.

Siddique has participated in numerous seminars and workshops both at home and abroad.
